Jurisdiction. (a) The courts of Kalyan, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with any transaction on sindhipapad.online (including a dispute relating to the existence, validity, or obligation arising out of or in connection with this Agreement) (a “Dispute”).
The order will not be canceled due to delays. Proceed with the order only after taking into consideration any delays that may arise due to the nature of our products. We maintain strict standards and do regular checks to maintain the quality of our products and services. As all the processes are manual sometimes delay is unavoidable.
Sometimes, Logistics or other Third Party Processes, may not be in our control and cause delays.
All our products are Handmade. The quality of our products depends on various natural factors like Sunlight, Humidity, etc. All the processes we follow are manual and rely on the weather and other conditions that are not under our control. Any unexpected changes in weather may cause delays in delivery.
Additional non-returnable items:
There are Rare Cases where Cancellations/Refunds are granted: The Refund will be in the form of Store Credit, which can be used as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the Refund Voucher.
Refunds (if applicable)
We do not allow Returns/cancellations of orders for food Products under any circumstances. In the rare case, we allow a return, once your return is received and inspected (other than food/perishable products), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed, and a Credit Voucher will be issued.
No Bank/Cash Refunds will be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you got the approval email but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Email again and inform us through the Email mentioned in the order. Along with the Refund Approval email.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be considered for a return, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
